Egad! It's wedding season and I just realized it's been over a month since I last posted on my blog. And, I've temporarily taken down my paypal button and ordering options because - well it's getting downright hot with summer on the horizon. Sometimes I chance it and send chocolate out but, really, it's risky. So, hang with me and know that good things are coming. This time of year I fill my time with wedding favors, traveling, re charging my batteries, visiting chocolate shops wherever I go and gathering ideas for the coming fall and winter. And I have to say I'm busier with weddings this year than ever before. It's one of my favorite things to do. Weddings are happy occasions and working with brides and grooms give me a lot of joy. So I leave you with a photo of one of my most recent weddings and a promise to get a recipe to you very soon. Here's a hint, on my recent vacation I purchased some chocolate pasta! Really, chocolate pasta! I'm working on recipes now but can you imagine my delight! A chocolatier who happens to be Sicilian finding linguini made with chocolate. Be still my heart.
