MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I'm in the kitchen more often now; making chocolates, packing boxes and getting them out in the mail almost daily. If your order is placed on or before December 16th, I will be able to get your order shipped and to you in time for Christmas. Here are some of the flavors I'm including in the holiday selection. As we get closer to the last shipping day, the selection may change slightly with availability. I also have 2 chocolates that contain alcohol. I cook the alcohol out but if you prefer I omit the alcohol completely, please specify in the special instructions portion of the order form.

Raspberry Port: Rich dark chocolate ganache with a splash of Framboise made here on Maui at Tedeschi Winery. If you prefer not to have the Framboise in yours, please specify in the special instructions section when ordering and yours will be made with raspberry puree

Milk chocolate macadamia nut buttercream: The center of this chocolate is almost identical in flavor to a Reese's peanut butter cup. But, since I'm in Hawaii I make mine with toasted macadamia nut paste blended with French milk chocolate

Espresso Latte: This one's for the coffee lover. The center of this truffle has an intense coffee hit softened by the white chocolate shell. You'll swear you've just tasted your favorite mocha latte topped with whipped cream

Dark Chocolate Rum: This smooth dark center is spiked with a little bit if dark rum made right on Maui by the Sargent family. The rum I use was an award winner. If you prefer not to have rum in your chocolate, please specify in the special instructions section when ordering and yours will just be a dark chocolate center

Lilikoi Creme Heart: I will never stop making these. They are my top flavor request. Intense passion fruit center surrounded by deep dark chocolate.

Caramel Butterfly: Handmade caramel, made with organic sugar and absolutely no corn syrup resting inside a bright blue dark chocolate butterfly

A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING:

I've had really good results with the U.S. Postal Service and their Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. The medium sized box will fit up to two 12 piece boxes or four 6 piece boxes at a shipping and handling rate of $15.00. The large flat rate box will fit up to four 12 piece boxes or eight 6 piece boxes for a shipping and handling rate of $18.00. This shipping price includes postage, packing material, a gel pack and any gift enclosure card with your special message written inside. Use the special instructions section to write your message.

I can pack your order with a combination of 6 and 12 piece boxes as space allows - this can provide you with several gifts for just one low shipping price! Great for co workers or hostess gifts.

When you place your order with the PayPal shopping cart, you'll be able to choose which shipping option is the one for you.
