Bear with me, the blog's getting a new look. I've been making new pages and linking them all together so it reads more like a website. I think it will be easier to navigate from topic to topic. You can click on the area you're interested in without having to poke through all my posts. I hope you like it when it's done.
So... the month of January is nearly over. I'm glad. January tends to be a slow month for me and, while I enjoy a little down time for quiet and reflection after the holidays, by the end of the month I'm itching to get into the kitchen and fill some orders.
I've decided that the trays inside my boxes are too limiting. I'll still use them for the 12 piece boxes of lilikoi but for the assorted boxes, taking the tray out allows me to put just about anything in there! All shapes and sizes. Even slipping in a macadamia nut caramel turtle now and then. And I like using the grape cluster mold for my raspberry port truffles; they didn't fit into the little slots in the tray.
I now have a separate page just for recipes and future plans to post instructional videos on it. I have a page for information about favors for weddings and special events. Hawaii is a great place to get married or to have a special event - chocolate table favors are a nice addition.
And there is also a separate page that will be updated often with photos of chocolates, new flavors, ordering information and, hopefully, several products to choose from. That takes a little bit of time for me. I have a learning curve with that one.
Thank you for logging on and taking a look. Please come back often. This is a work in progress and your support is so much appreciated.
Happy End of January to All!

Great job redoing the blog Cynthia. I know it takes time and may not be where you want it, but the changes look good and it is very organized. And it still makes me want chocolate-now. Good thing I have a dove bar stashed around here.

Looks great! ...I so understand how much work it is to revamp and add new things to blogs...lots of time and effort...but time well spent...
Glad you had down time and are refreshed...
Good Luck with Valentine's Day!
Cynthia, looking good and the recipes sound/look to die for.
I like the colors and text is easy to read. Pictures are great and the subject is yummy.
